Meet Our Founder

Graeme Raymond
Founder, Expere
Expere began in 2023 with the mission of supporting individuals on their personal transformational journeys. However, our journey started long before.
Graeme's first explorations into mind and consciousness began at an early age, discovering meditation in his teenage years, and then expanding upon his teachings in university while he studied Philosophy and Theology at Queen's University, Canada graduating in 2011.
After a life-altering journey battling cancer and undergoing multiple surgeries, Graeme embarked on a path of self-healing and rediscovered the profound connection between our mind, body and reality. Content, programs and training taught at Expere include the practices Graeme has used to facilitate his own physical healing and transformative growth.
Now as the Program Director and lead instructor, Graeme offers a unique perspective and transformative experience to guide others in connecting with their mind, body and reality, unlocking their highest potential.

Workshops
We host workshops offering live, immersive experiences training individuals and groups in mind-body awareness, meditation and breathwork. We look at the science behind the practices, and how we can integrate the exercises into daily routines for a more productive and purposeful life. Workshops are open to people with all levels of prior training.

Coaching Programs
We offer two structured coaching programs that provide an immersive experience and comprehensive training in the Expere method. Our programs include the Transformative Journey for individuals seeking personal growth and self-improvement, and the Healing Journey for those in need of additional support in healing and recovery from illness, disease, or trauma.

Online Training Videos
Our online training videos offer the convenience and comfort of accessing our programs and content from your own home. These pre-recorded sessions allow you to delve into a wide range of content, tools and techniques for mind-body awareness and personal transformation at your own pace, ensuring a flexible learning experience.

Retreats
Our signature retreats are set in unique, nature-rich locations around the world, offering an immersive experience that ranges from 4 to 7 days. These retreats include a structured learning program focused on mind-body awareness and personal growth, coupled with opportunities to connect deeply with the natural environment and fellow attendees.

Expere offers a variety of workshops and retreats, each with its own unique purpose and intention. For example:

Four-Day Wellness Reset Retreats: These shorter retreats focus on daily yoga and breathwork, healthy detoxing, locally sourced meals, and opportunities to connect with nature through activities like hiking, outdoor sports, sauna sessions, and cold plunging.

What are the Expere Modules?
At Expere, we believe real transformation happens when we harmonize our inner world (mind, body, energy) with our external environment. Our modules are designed to enhance mind-body awareness, heal past conditioning, and help manifest new realities.
The Expere framework is built on four main training areas:
